Pricing questions
- Do I need an account to use the tools?
- No. Every in-browser tool works with no account at all. You only sign in if you want pinned tools, history, or the API.
- What counts as a server job?
- Anything that cannot run in your tab — OCR, transcription, video encoding and office conversion. In-browser tools never count against the limit, however many you run.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account drops back to Free rather than locking you out.
- Do you keep the files I upload?
- Server-processed files are encrypted per file and deleted an hour after upload — 24 hours if you are signed in, on any plan. In-browser tools never upload anything.
