What you agree to when you use Axiomatic Tools, and what we promise in return.

Acceptable use
You may not use Axiomatic Tools to process content that is illegal, that infringes intellectual property you don't have the right to use, or that violates the privacy of others. You must not attempt to attack the service or other users.
Billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. API usage above the included quota is billed at the rate displayed on the pricing page. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all paid transactions.
Availability
Free and Pro plans are provided as-is. Business and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with credits documented in the order form.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, especially abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
